How do you preserve your artwork?
These are delicate works.
To preserve them in optimum condition, we recommend that you frame them and avoid putting your fingers on them. If, however, you are unable to frame your work in the immediate future, I recommend that you store it flat, in its packaging and away from humidity.
To ensure the longevity of your work, we recommend that you avoid hanging it above a heat source, in direct sunlight or in a humid environment, as this could degrade its quality.
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on what you see on your screen.
How do you post your original drawings?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Original drawings are inserted with a cardboard backing in a transparent cellophane envelope and shipped in a cardboard envelope.
All my works are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
They are sent by Colissimo with tracking or by registered mail.
Shipments are insured.
All orders are prepared and dispatched by myself, the same day or the next day, on working days. From the moment your order is posted, delivery times with La Poste are as follows:
To France: approx. 2-7 days*.
Other destinations: approx. 1-4 weeks*
Delivery times may be longer during the holiday season.
Please note that an error in the address may increase the delivery time. Please check the address to which you wish to be delivered to avoid any problems.
*Orders with delivery addresses outside France may be subject to import taxes. Some customs duties or additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer and as such will need to be paid before your order is delivered to you.
Do I get a tracking number for my order?
YES, all orders shipped to France and international destinations have a tracking number.
If you have not received your order for France within 7 working days or all other destinations within 20 working days, please send me a message, with the name of the artwork and your name, to [email protected] to find a solution to your problem.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Boutique accepts the following methods of payment:

Do I own the rights to the original works?
You have just acquired an original work of art from my online store and would like to reproduce, modify or resell it? Please note that all rights remain the property of the creator.
The use, reproduction or modification of works is not authorized without permission. Each work of art is intellectual property and protected by copyright law.
